Experiences for Mind and Body

From meditation to movement, these sessions are designed to help you slow down, restore balance, and carry fresh energy into the rest of the program.

Tea Ceremony

1

A guided, ceremonial tea practice that walks participants through the preparation, serving, and mindful sipping of tea. More than a tasting, it’s a paced ritual that uses intention and sensory focus to quiet the mind, create present-moment awareness, and reset the day.

Nervous System regulation

2

Embodied leadership workshop focused on nervous system mastery for high-pressure moments. Learn polyvagal basics, map your patterns, practice regulation and co-regulation, and leave with simple tools for better decisions and resilient teams.

Guided Meditation

3

Facilitated meditations tailored for different needs (calming the nervous system, focus boosts, or short resets between sessions). Led by an experienced practitioner, sessions include breathing anchors and short practices you can use anywhere after the event.
