Michelle Williams has more than 20 years in innovation, strategy, and community building. She has produced large-scale festivals and events and partnered across startups, government, and universities to grow resilient ecosystems.

Today she leads The Remix and The Signal, a Byron-based platform with national reach that helps people and organisations adopt AI in practical, human ways. Through high-impact events, leadership gatherings, and industry panels, she helps teams shape new ways of working, leading, and creating. She believes the future is co-created through connection, courage, and creativity.

Chris Deckker is a pioneer of transformational festivals and immersive cultural experiences, with over 30 years of impact on global event culture. He founded the legendary UK club Return to the Source, co-created the tribal-electronic act Medicine Drum, and launched Earthdance International, the world’s largest synchronized music and dance event for peace, recognized by the Dalai Lama’s office as the most successful event of it’s kind in support of Tibet.

Chris has continued to innovate at the intersection of music, wellness, and technology, co-founding UPLIFT, launching Australia’s first Hot Springs Wellness Festival, and leading immersive projects like OtherWorld in Byron Bay and OneDome in San Francisco. Currently based in Byron Bay, he serves as festival director for SOUL Wellness Festival in the Maldives and continues to shape the global conversation on conscious celebration and cultural transformation
